Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the operations of multiple clinical research studies within the Mass General Brigham Amyloidosis Program.

You will supervise a large team of research staff, coordinate activities among investigators, sponsors, CROs, and institutional offices, and ensure protocol start-up and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, budget and contract coordination, and monitoring study progress

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of research experience and 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-site clinical trials with NIH/FDA and foundations.
• Strong budget management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of all study staff and coordinate trial initiation.
• Coordinate multi-center trials with NIH, FDA, and foundations.
• Develop standard operating procedures for projects and recruitment strategies.
• Prepare Case Report Forms and monitor study progress.
