Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Research Related Experience 3-5 years required
• Supervisory Experience 1-2 years preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision to a team of 4-6 FTEs and support day-to-day operations.
• Facilitate hiring, corrective actions, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Train new staff and assess ongoing education needs.
• Assist with task prioritization and project management across studies.
• Ensure protocol compliance and quality of data management.
• Coordinate with sponsors to resolve monitoring issues.
• Oversee SOP updates and pre-activation activities.
• Prepare IRB submissions and regulatory routing.
