Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of clinical or public health research coordination experience.
• Experience with IRB submissions and study regulatory documentation.
• Proficiency with REDCap and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study activities with PIs, operations, and communications staff.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and follow-up items.
• Support study start-up, recruitment, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain study databases and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with community engagement, grant administration, and project tasks.
