Job summary

Michigan Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator Intermediate to join the Anesthesiology research team. The role focuses on recruiting and consenting participants for the Heart Study Data Collection II and other studies, with data collection from EHRs and devices.

You will manage communications, ensure data quality, maintain security, and support study materials while complying with HIPAA and SOPs. Hybrid work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Science or related field.
• Certification through ACRP (CCRC) or SoCRA (CCRP) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of directly related clinical research experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and obtain informed consent from potential participants.
• Communicate with participants via email/phone for recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Collect and record study data from health records and devices in EDC systems.
• Adhere to HIPAA, sponsor requirements, and SOPs; may travel between study sites.
