Job summary

Michigan Medicine seeks a proactive Clinical Research Coordinator Senior to manage federally funded NIH/PCORI studies within Obstetrics and Gynecology. You will collaborate with PIs, operations, and communications to advance study activities, oversee regulatory tasks, and coordinate recruitment.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with REDCap, and the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in clinical or public health research coordination, including study management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute study activities with PIs, Operations & Communications Directors, and study team.
• Organize NIH & PCORI study meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and next steps.
• Coordinate logistics for national study meetings and Open House events.
• Serve as administrative contact for daily study operations and recruitment plans.
• Participate in start-up, active, and closeout phases; manage inventory and related tasks.
• Lead study recruitment in the community and clinics as appropriate.
• Support data management, REDCap builds, and qualitative analysis with NVivo.
