Job summary

Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support multiple studies, from moderate to complex. The CRC will work under supervision of Drs.

Pandey and Wang, coordinating regulatory tasks, enrollment, data collection, and protocol development, using e-clinical tools. Candidates must have a bachelor's in health science, CRA certification, and at least 2 years of clinical research experience; we value independent judgment, quality work, and ability to navigate resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in clinical research and trials.
• Bachelor's degree in health science or equivalent.
• Certification as CCRC or CCRP with eligibility to take exams within six months.
• Eligibility to register or complete certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory documentation to comply with industry standards and policies.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects per protocol; assist consent.
• Develop and manage data collection tools; eCRF and data entry.
• Prepare study protocols and IRB submissions; assist with amendments.
• Monitor patient safety and HRPP compliance; support budgeting where needed.
• Coordinate site logistics and assist PI with trial management.
