Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Science or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of directly related clinical research experience is required.
• Experience in a medical setting, subject recruitment/retention, and coordination of clinical trials is required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple clinical studies with moderate to complex scope.
• Ensure protocol compliance and accurate execution of study procedures.
• Manage data and regulatory documentation per GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Assist with subject recruitment, safety reporting and site coordination.
