Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a clinical researcher.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, staff and collaborators.
• Ability to set priorities and manage tasks with competing deadlines in a regulated environment.
• Analytical skills to assess protocols and regulatory requirements and propose solutions.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in a fast-paced workload.
• Familiarity with IRBs and regulatory submissions and related processes.

Responsabilités

• Support protocol development, study start-up, and regulatory submissions for investigator-initiated trials.
• Collaborate with investigators, CTD managers, and monitors to ensure documentation quality.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient care and study procedure records.
• Adapt to shifting study priorities to ensure smooth trial operations and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and federal and state regulations.
