Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to provide surge capacity for Clinical Laboratory Services, acting as the primary liaison to study teams and TPOs across maintenance and closeout. The role entails managing study-level projects, data locks, and budget oversight while coordinating document flow and approvals.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in PM, with pharma/diagnostics/CRO background and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Medical Science.
• 10–15+ years of experience in the Project/Program Management field.
• Prior experience in pharma, diagnostics or CRO environments.
• Experience in clinical research or closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organization.
• Skilled in Excel for report combining and tracking.
• US-based contractor requirement.
• Availability for 40 hours/week.
• Hybrid work in Indianapolis, IN: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide surge capacity coverage for delivery-based Clinical Laboratory Associate work.
• Serve as the single point of contact representing Clinical Laboratory Services to study teams and TPOs throughout study maintenance and closeout.
• Manage study-level projects, including maintenance, data lock and closeout, document flow review and approvals, and budget management.
• Track safety, biomarker, PK and ADA samples, as well as imaging and connected devices.
• Track and manage queries.
• Collaborate with internal business partners regarding CLS processes and business operations.
• Collaborate with business partners and TPOs to ensure data delivery.
