Job summary

Novotech, a global contract research organization, seeks a Project Manager to plan and manage contracted responsibilities for assigned clinical projects. You will serve as the primary contact between Novotech and clients, leading cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires solid understanding of drug development, ICH GCP, and regulatory requirements, with a track record of managing project scope, timelines, and risk.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience within the clinical research industry and previous project management experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Determine project feasibility and define scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage study budget and revenue, and adjust forecasts as needed.
• Identify and evaluate investigational sites to meet study objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, site activation, and training across sites.
• Ensure adherence to protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements; escalate issues as needed.
• Support process improvements within the project management group.
