Job summary

Revolution Medicines in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to act as the central contact for Clinical Study Teams and to drive execution of trials in alignment with SOPs, GCP, and ICH guidelines.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and oversee CRO/vendor relationships while contributing to study documentation and risk management. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• RN or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biological sciences or health-related field.
• 8+ years direct Clinical Operations experience in pharma/biotech.
• Minimum of 4 years cross-functional study management or related leadership experience.
• Proven ability to start-up, manage, and close-out clinical trials and SOPs.
• Experience in selection of CROs/vendors and management of external resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for Clinical Study Team(s) and assist with execution of trials.
• Adhere to SOP, GCP and ICH guidelines across programs.
• Lead and oversee trial activities within timelines and budgets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and budgets.
• Analyze data health metrics and share with stakeholders.
• Drive query resolution and data listings review with vendors.
• Conduct risk management, contingency planning, and issue resolution.
• Develop study-related documentation including protocols.
• Manage CROs/vendors and prepare RFPs as needed.
• Track program status and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and support SOP development and training.
