Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager in Clinical Operations to oversee CROs, vendors, and site activities for early and later-stage oncology trials. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical operations experience in pharma/biotech, preferably oncology.
• Experience running early-stage clinical trials in an industry setting.
• Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines and GCPs.
• Proven ability to select CROs/vendors and manage external resources.
• Demonstrated vendor management and teamwork, plus CRO oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CROs and vendors to ensure trials are on time, on budget, and compliant with SOPs, FDA, ICH/GCP.
• Develop and review study documentation: protocols, CRFs, manuals, informed consent, databases.
• Monitor TMF content and study documentation; ensure proper filing.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, QA, Finance, Legal and other teams.
• Lead site visits, monitoring plans, and training with CROs.
• Manage investigational product accountability and reconciliation.
• Provide mentorship and direction to CRAs and study teams.
• Prepare enrollment projections vs. actuals and assist with budgets.
