Job summary

TalentLNX LLC in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a hybrid Clinical Pharmacist to join a growing specialty pharmacy team. You will provide clinical pharmacy services, monitor therapy outcomes, and guide patients through complex specialty therapies.

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a hybrid schedule including regular remote weeks after an initial on-site training period. The ideal candidate holds a PharmD, active PA licensure, and experience in hospital, retail, ambulatory, infusion, or specialty

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience in hospital, retail, ambulatory, infusion, or specialty setting.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication therapy management for patients on specialty therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication use and adherence.
• Monitor patient outcomes and make clinical recommendations.
• Serve as dispensing pharmacist and support daily operations.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support prior authorizations and access barriers.
• Participate in on-call rotation by phone from home.
