Job summary

TalentLNX is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a specialty pharmacy team in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering high-touch clinical services alongside dispensing support, working with prescribers and care teams to guide patients through their medication journeys.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD, PA license, and 3–5 years in specialty pharmacy, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school is required.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with PA State Board of Pharmacy required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a specialty pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations, including workflow design and program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide dispensing and comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within a specialty setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and care teams to optimize treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, side effects and adherence strategies.
• Monitor patient outcomes and make clinical recommendations for therapy optimization.
• Ensure compliance with specialty pharmacy protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with prior authorization processes and navigate insurance barriers.
