Casa de Ramana is seeking a temporary Clinical Liaison with potential to transition to full-time or part-time. The role centers on supporting admissions, marketing, and census development for the facility.

Partial remote/work-from-home arrangement with mandatory in-person participation at local community marketing events. Salary is based on experience, with a strong emphasis on referral growth and relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in skilled and long-term care.
• RN license preferred.
• Experience in sales or business development with basic understanding of insurance reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Establish marketing presence with hospitals and referral sources in the geographic area.
• Facilitate referrals and admissions from acute care providers.
• Assess patients and review medical records to determine admission suitability.
• Explain Center services to patients and families; coordinate with staff for admissions.
• Verify health insurance eligibility and coverage with patients and managers.
• Develop positive community relationships through events, media and online platforms.
• Meet and exceed census and quality mix targets.
