BaneCare Management in Braintree, MA is seeking an experienced Clinical Admissions Liaison to assess clinically complex patients prior to admission to our skilled nursing centers, ensuring all clinical, fiscal and regulatory criteria are met. The role is full-time and in-person with travel to referral sources and centers.

You will maintain admissions and census levels and build relationships with hospitals and our centers.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree required or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience as SNF clinical liaison preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to assess patients and make admission decisions.
• Adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with reimbursement, utilization review, and insurance processes.

Responsabilités

• Assess clinically complex patients prior to admission to ensure criteria met.
