Job summary

Centennial Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Lead Clinician to provide clinical leadership and supervision while maintaining a reduced caseload.

The role covers Elizabeth, Burlington, and Limon offices with 3 days remote work per week and mandatory office presence once weekly, including travel to satellite locations. The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and an active Colorado clinical license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or other behavioral health discipline.
• Active Colorado Unrestricted License as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Clinical supervision of pre-licensed candidates is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and consultation to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Lead clinical quality oversight, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Deliver direct clinical care including screenings, assessments, and therapy as needed.
• Coordinate care, document thoroughly, and support program development.
• Participate in leadership meetings and staff development initiatives.
