Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative support experience.
• HS graduate or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and translate large amounts of information for leaders and clinicians.
• Organize cross-system efforts to drive transformation priorities, including care progression and clinical services utilization.
• Provide proactive, professional communication with physicians, clinicians, and executives across the system.
• Create and maintain meeting materials, distribute follow-up documentation, and track action-items for committees.
• Maintain Clinical Services Committee/Institute intranet pages and newsletters; manage Teams sites.
