Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of communications, journalism, public relations, corporate communications, or agency experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with media relations.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for press releases, team member communications, executive announcements, social media, reports, meetings and events.
• Collaborate with BayCare leaders and subject matter experts to gather information and craft clear, engaging communications for internal and external audiences.
• Support media relations activities, including message preparation and spokesperson support, and participate in on-call rotations.
