Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Client Survey and Compliance Specialist to support firmwide client survey responses and related initiatives. This role collaborates with the client management team and reports to the Director of Marketing and Senior Business Development Manager across multiple offices, including Miami.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and minimum five years of marketing and business development experience at a law firm or professional services firm.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities to ensure efficiency and accuracy in client surveys and questionnaires.
• Excellent communication and project management skills for cross-functional collaboration and client service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the marketing/business development teams to manage client surveys and questionnaires in a client-centric manner.
• Oversee end-to-end responses to client surveys, due diligence questionnaires, vendor surveys, and other compliance inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, review, and validate information needed for client-driven requests.
• Analyze client requests to identify trends and opportunities to improve response efficiency and consistency.
• Support client management initiatives by enhancing client service, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with departments such as accounting, IT, HR, and General Counsel to support surveys and proposals.
• Ensure responses comply with client survey requirements and firm standards.
• Monitor evolving client requirements and outside counsel guidelines related to supplier compliance.
• Assist with special projects related to client relationships and business development.
• Maintain custom content in the firm's proposal development system.
