Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Client Survey and Compliance Specialist to join our hybrid Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Phoenix or West Palm Beach offices. You will collaborate with the Marketing and Client Management teams to coordinate client surveys and related compliance tasks, delivering accurate and timely responses.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, cross-functional coordination with attorneys and staff, and a focus on client service and adherence to outside

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Five years of marketing and business development experience at a law firm or professional services firm
• Experience responding to client surveys and proposals

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, client management, attorneys and other teams to manage client surveys and questionnaires
• Lead end-to-end responses to due diligence questionnaires, third-party risk assessments, vendor surveys and onboarding requests
• Coordinate information from internal stakeholders to complete client-driven requests
• Analyze client requests to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency
• Support client management initiatives to enhance service, communication, and operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with accounting, Office of General Counsel, IT, HR and other departments
• Ensure responses comply with client survey requirements and GT standards
• Monitor evolving client requirements and industry trends related to outside counsel guidelines and supplier compliance
• Assist with firmwide initiatives related to client relationships and business development
• Maintain and capture custom content in the firm’s proposal development system
