Job summary

Lifted Logic Farms LLC is seeking a Client Coordinator to manage inbound leads, client inquiries, and follow-up. You will articulate the agency value, support proposals, and coordinate meetings while serving as liaison for clients. A hybrid schedule requires 3 days in office weekly.

You will help with basic real-time technical support, CRM data tracking, and occasional event participation, contributing to strong customer relationships and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up with clients.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic website edits.
• Understanding of CRM data management and reporting.
• Willingness to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and client inquiries, maintain timely follow-ups.
• Build and articulate Lifted Logic's value proposition to clients.
• Coordinate meetings and calendar management; support proposal creation.
• Assist with real-time technical support and client training on edits.
• Represent the company at events when needed.
