Job summary

Assurant, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Solutions Engineer Analyst who partners with business leaders to design client-driven solutions for global opportunities.

Hybrid role, reporting to the Director, Solutions Engineering, three days in the office and two remote. You will support the development of technical blueprints, respond to RFPs, and collaborate across Product Development, Compliance, and Sales to deliver compliant, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree is required.
• 2+ years experience in client management, project management, product development, data analytics, business analysis, MIS or sales.
• 2+ years experience with technical platforms, system interoperability, and suite of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Support design of client-driven solutions by executing on unique business solutions for new and existing client base.
• Provide SME support to close and implement business, building the technical blueprint for client solution.
• Support AE in developing business requirements with PM/Implementation Manager.
• Assist sales in responding to client RFPs and proposals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop relationships across functional areas and coordinate with other units.
• Collaborate with international teams on worldwide client opportunities.
• Communicate business solution design for client projects in service delivery and installations.
• Participate in significant committees and programs identified as opportunities.
