Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Solutions Engineer Analyst to support the design and delivery of client-driven solutions for global opportunities. The role partners with business leaders, account executives, and operations to shape technical blueprints and ensure regulatory alignment.

The position is hybrid, reporting to our Atlanta, GA office three days per week, with responsibilities spanning RFP responses, product development support, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree or Technical Degree.
• 2+ years experience in client management, project management, product development, data analytics, business analysis, MIS or sales.
• 2+ years experience in technical platforms, system interoperability, and suite of products/services.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of client-driven solutions for new and existing client base and strategic initiatives.
• Be a resource in closing and implementing business while supporting the Director, Solutions Engineering.
• Support the sales team in responding to Client RFPs and Proposals with Product Development and Compliance.
• Develop understanding of Assurant’s capabilities, products, and systems.
• Collaborate with other functional areas and international teams on client opportunities.
• Coordinate communication and integration of services into the company’s business system.
