Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Success Solution Architect in Atlanta for a hybrid role (Mon–Thu onsite, Fri remote) to guide large-scale enterprise delivery transformations. You will collaborate with executives, engineers, and delivery leaders to design modernization roadmaps and architectures that improve cost efficiency, scalability, and service quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, delivery transformation, customer success, or consulting roles
• Strong enterprise, client-facing experience with complex delivery environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
• Experience delivering measurable outcomes in cost, quality, and customer experience

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across workforce greening, global/offshore delivery, and AI-driven automation
• Partner with client executives, delivery leaders, and engineering teams to define and execute modernization roadmaps
• Architect people, process, and technology solutions that improve cost efficiency, scalability, and service quality
• Drive pilot initiatives through production deployment and scaled adoption
• Quantify and communicate value through productivity, quality, and experience metrics
