Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from CT families seeking childcare assistance.
• Assist childcare providers with eligibility and invoice questions for Care4Kids.
• Support employers in enabling staff to benefit from subsidies.
• Provide accurate, empathetic customer service in a high-volume environment.
