Job summary

Prescient National is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Representative to manage customer accounts, support billing and collections, and maintain accurate financial records. This hybrid role requires 3-4 days from home and 1-2 days at our Uptown Charlotte headquarters for AP tasks.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in accounting/accounts receivable, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Local to Charlotte preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound inquiries related to customer accounts, billing, and collections.
• Conduct professional collection activities to follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process customer payments accurately and timely.
• Monitor aged receivables and follow up on resolution.
• Prepare and manage internal and external correspondence.
