Job summary

You will participate in licensing development opportunities and collaborate with the team to deliver a personalized client experience, with in-office collaboration four days a week and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant client service experience.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• Strong attention to detail, math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients, preparing financial plans, and processing trades.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings, schedule and manage agendas.
• Prepare new business paperwork and coordinate signatures.
• Coordinate marketing events and manage compliance documentation.
• Provide general administrative duties and client correspondence.
