• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of client service experience.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities registrations (S63/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration (S65/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident and Health licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Strong math, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and time-management; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans.
• Prepare client meeting materials and summaries; schedule and confirm meetings.
• Coordinate new business paperwork and insurance applications.
• Assist with marketing events and compliance documentation.
• Provide general administrative duties and maintain client files.
