Job summary

Ameriprise Financial in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our operations team. The CSA supports advisors and branch staff by analyzing client data, assisting with financial plans, and handling transactions and practice management tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years relevant client service experience.
• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to work with multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, enter data into contact manager, create agendas and summaries, and provide follow-up.
• Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is submitted in good order including forms, signatures, and rollovers coordination.
• Coordinate marketing events including compliance documentation and marketing reimbursements.
• Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisor's phone, processing expense reports, client correspondence, and filing.
