Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our operations team. The CSA is an integral part of advisor and branch support; responsible for using the client relationship model and turnkey tools.

Activities may include but are not limited to servicing clients by assembling and analyzing client data, helping prepare financial plans, working with clients to process transactions, trades and other practice management tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans and processing trades.
• Prepare client meeting summaries and manage data entries in contact manager.
• Handle new business paperwork and coordinator rollovers with signatures.
• Coordinate marketing events and manage related compliance documentation.
• Provide general administrative duties and client correspondence support.
