Job summary

Allspring Global Investments seeks a Manager of Client Reporting Service Delivery to lead the quality control, service management, and reporting intake functions for Client Reporting.

The role requires 7+ years in institutional client reporting and 3+ years of people management, with strong governance and risk awareness. The position is hybrid, with in-office work 4 days per week in Milwaukee, WI or Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in institutional client reporting or related financial services function.
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of institutional client reporting and client deliverables.
• Experience managing quality control, service intake, workflow management, governance, or operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for intake management, quality control, and service delivery coordination.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
• Oversee review of high-risk or complex client reports prior to distribution.
• Ensure reporting outputs comply with client requirements and internal policies.
• Establish and maintain quality review procedures, validation controls, and approval standards.
• Serve as the central intake lead for institutional reporting requests and escalations.
• Manage request triage, prioritization, assignment, and workflow.
• Oversee service queues, reporting calendars, SLAs, and capacity planning across the team.
