Job summary

Stone Arch Advisory Group is seeking an Operations Associate in Edina, MN for a hybrid role combining client service, insurance and investment execution. You will own execution of client recommendations and coordinate with home office and carriers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes proactive service, detailed process management, and collaboration with Client Experience Managers, Investment and Planning teams, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a post-secondary degree (AAS/BA/BS) and relevant licenses.
• Proven ability to manage client service requests with accuracy and urgency.
• Experience in financial services or insurance operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with service on existing accounts, delivering timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with home office and carriers to move cases forward.
• Document client conversations in case notes and maintain CRM.
• Partner with Client Experience Managers to ensure seamless service and follow-up.
