Job summary

Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC in Minneapolis, MN seeks a detail-oriented Client Reporting Analyst to gather, validate, and package data for client communications across the Galliard Reporting team. The role collaborates with portfolio management, operations, compliance, and client service to meet tight deadlines.

Hybrid work requires in-office presence 4 days per week; peak periods in January, April, July, and October may demand extra hours. Prior reporting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and package information using various internal and external applications to produce ad-hoc and routing client communications.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely delivery in accordance with client expectations.
• Respond to ad-hoc and routing client and consultant data requests.
• Email routing client and consultant information including but not limited to performance, monthly and quarterly reports, and investment strategy characteristics.
• Completing client and/or consultant specific questionnaires.
• Management of deadline dependencies, coordination of information from various internal providers, and packaging and assembly of reports.
• Work closely with a variety of diverse teams including Investment Technology, Investments, Operations, Client Service, Marketing, and Compliance.
• Participate in peer reviews of information, performance quality control procedures, and spot check data for accuracy.
• Peak reporting periods require additional hours.

Overview

Work closely with internal stakeholders—including portfolio management, operations, compliance, and client service teams—to gather, validate, and synthesize data for client reporting.The role of the Galliard Client Reporting team is to provide information to the client or consultant for Galliard’s Institutional stable value and fixed income products. This position reports to the Manager of the Galliard Client Reporting team.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
