Hired by Matrix, Inc. is seeking a Client Relations Analyst for a contract, hybrid role in Utah. You will research and respond to client complaints, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with field and operations staff.

The ideal candidate has strong writing and oral communication skills, a bachelor's degree in finance/economics/english or related field, and proficiency with Word and Outlook. You will handle phone support and learn departmental processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, English/Communications or related discipline; work experience considered in lieu of these degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling guidelines.
  • Analysts in this role must collaborate effectively with business partners, including field and operations staff and management, to escalate and resolve complaint-related issues.
  • Responsible for building strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and style guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as analysts must effectively manage workload while demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and accountability.
  • Requires participation in the coverage of client-facing telephone lines, with analysts expected to provide phone support at least one day per week.
  • Analysts must maintain a professional and client-focused approach while handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries.
  • May support various operational functions within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and participation in special projects as needed.
