RRD in Richmond, VA is seeking an Account Specialist who will serve as the key liaison between the client and our offsite Creative/Production team. You will manage projects, scheduling, job details, tracking, and invoicing while staying proactive, organized, and focused on service excellence.

The role combines remote work with occasional in-office presence and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management or similar role.
• Experience with pre-media or print a plus.
• Strong client communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary liaison between client and internal production teams.
• Manage multiple timelines and project stages.
• Enter job specs and prioritize tasks in job management software.
• Provide pre-production services and order management.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Monitor production status and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
