Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or comparable with expanding responsibilities.
• Experience in client-facing project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between client, stakeholders and production teams.
• Manage multiple timelines and projects through whole life cycle.
• Enter job details, track progress, and coordinate with Creative Services to meet client expectations.
• Maintain proactive communication to update clients on project status and issues.
• Assist with pre-production services, order management, and ensuring accuracy of instructions.
