Job summary

Orion is seeking an Operations Associate to process client requests after investments, including cash movements and distributions. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three or more days per week at a designated office, within commuting distance.

You will support daily custodial system tasks and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. The position emphasizes multi-tasking, urgent but accurate work, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute client distribution requests via custodial system.
• Execute client liquidation requests via custodial system.
• Execute client requested model changes in Brinker systems to ensure accounts are traded properly.
• Establish systematic withdrawal plans via custodial system.
• Establish systematic contribution plans via custodial system.
• Establish standing payment bank instructions via custodial system.
• Review custodial reporting daily to ensure Brinker Capital systems are updated properly.
