Orion Advisor Technology is seeking an Operations Associate to manage client cash movements and post-investment requests. This hybrid role requires on-site work three days per week at a local office, within commuting distance.

The role supports custodial operations and reporting for Brinker Capital systems. You will execute distribution and liquidation requests, implement model changes, and establish systematic withdrawal and contribution plans, along with standing payment instructions, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in Business preferred.
• At least 1 year in a related role.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute client distribution requests via custodial system.
• Execute client liquidation requests via custodial system.
• Apply model changes in Brinker systems to ensure accounts are traded properly.
• Establish systematic withdrawal plans via custodial system.
• Establish systematic contribution plans via custodial system.
• Establish standing payment bank instructions via custodial system.
• Review custodial reporting daily for updates.
