• ERP system knowledge (Epicor) preferred.
• Hybrid working model offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing client product and business portfolios.
• Administer client activity, including correspondence and orders.
• Maintain distribution spreadsheets and project tracking.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Initiate quotes and support client product requests.
• Receive, process and schedule shipments via land, air and sea.
• Coordinate invoicing and billing in a timely manner.
