Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related discipline with 2 years of experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline highly preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and collaboration tools—Teams, Webex, Zoom.
• ERP system knowledge (Epicor) highly preferred.
• Ideally experience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred.
• This role offers the opportunity to work a hybrid working model.

Responsabilités

• Assist with managing client product and business portfolios.
• Administer client activity and correspondence with clients and suppliers.
• Process orders, maintain distribution spreadsheets, track projects, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Initiate quotes and schedule shipments by land, air, or sea.
• Capture ERP documents and ensure billing readiness.
• Coordinate with corporate departments to prompt invoice collection.
