Job summary

Stephen Gould seeks a Client Management Specialist to coordinate client portfolios, process orders, and manage budgets with a cross-functional team. You will ensure accurate ERP documentation, quotes, and shipments, while liaising with clients and suppliers to meet needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related discipline plus 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Webex, Zoom).
• ERP system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing and related processes highly preferred.
• Experience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing client product and business portfolios.
• Administer client activity: correspondence, orders, and budgets.
• Coordinate quotes, process orders and schedule shipments (land/air/sea).
• Maintain documents in ERP system and drive invoicing processes.
