Job summary

Broadridge, based in Pittsburgh, seeks a Project Coordinator to join our team. The role blends strategic and tactical activities, onboarding Data & Analytics products, and applying project management best practices. The position is Hybrid, with in-office Pittsburgh presence and remote flexibility 2–3 days per week.

You will manage client onboarding projects, coordinate with global colleagues, and learn Broadridge's diverse business solutions to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an implementation, technical support, or analytics role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to collaborate with global colleagues and clients.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of data management principles (ETL, schemas, data structures).
• Basic proficiency in SQL and ability to work with structured data for validation and reporting.
• Demonstrated understanding of generative AI tools and how they can be applied to improve implementation efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership of structured short duration client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Perform all phases of the implementation project from kickoff to production go-live.
• Maintain project documentation, update status reports, and ensure records are accurate and accessible.
• Execute project tasks according to pre-defined plans and timelines.
• Manage issues to ensure timely resolution by using existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Monitor progress to provide updates to clients, the project team and management.
• Support project managers on long duration client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Execute and monitor progress on project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and identifying potential delays.
• Onboard data feeds for data aggregation.
• Establish system parameters and settings.
• Learn and maintain a deep understanding of the business solutions offered through our products and services to ensure optimal client onboarding and solution delivery.

• Understanding of data management principles (ETL, schemas, data structures).
• Basic proficiency in SQL and ability to work with structured data for validation and reporting.
• Demonstrated understanding of generative AI tools and how they can be applied to improve implementation efficiency, communication, risk awareness, and collaboration across teams.

Salary range $60,000.00- $70,000.00. Bonus Eligible. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
