Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Coordinators, Project Managers & Operational Support.
• Work under the direction of a Project Manager.
• Provide administrative support during retail installations, including generating internal tasks for team members, requests for shipping, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Review reports and follow up internally and with partner vendors on open items to ensure open items are completed.
• Generate work orders for install vendors
• Schedule vendors
• Support directed by the Project Manager in other project and internal database-related tasks
• Work with vendors to coordinate troubleshooting on site installations.
• Audit of internal database
• Maintain database
• Travel to clients as needed, approximately 10% on average
