Job summary

Smiley Injury Law is seeking a Client Experience Concierge to partner with the Office Manager and greet prospective and current clients with outstanding service from day one. You will be the first impression of our firm and a vital member of the client experience team.

You’ll handle calls and intake, guide onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their case.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, legal, medical, sales, or call centers is a plus, but your personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn matter even more.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients with empathy and professionalism
• Follow up with prospective clients and guide them through the intake process
• Assist new clients with completing and signing onboarding documents
• Build genuine relationships through meaningful conversations
• Check in with current clients throughout their case so they always feel informed and supported
• Coordinate welcome gifts, appreciation gifts, and client mailings
• Maintain accurate client information in our case management system
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Help us provide the five-star service our clients deserve
