Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is hiring for a Commercial Insurance - Assistant Client Manager in Reno, NV. This junior-level role provides essential administrative support to the Client Managers within the ESPI Programs Division, working in a hybrid in-office setting.

The role requires 2+ years of property & casualty experience, strong attention to detail, time management, and client-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or related experience is acceptable.
• Knowledge of multi-line Property & Casualty insurance products and services.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems, rating procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively manage clients.
• Sagitta Agency Management System and/or PaperWise software experience a plus; paperless procedures helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Service clients with Client Managers in the ESPI Programs Division.
• Process Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, loss runs, and other servicing items in a timely and accurate manner.
• Inform clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and needs; assist with coverage changes.
• Meet quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System and document all activity.
• Other duties may be assigned.
