Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, public relations, English or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a marketing/BD coordinator, preferably in legal services.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of BD initiatives across the U.S. and Canada.
• Support advancing individual and regional BD plans and track progress against goals.
• Research and develop reports on trends, clients, targets, competitors and organizations.
• Help create action plans for client listening and feedback programs and track progress.
• Assist in development and production of presentations and training materials.
• Collaborate with Events Team to execute client programs and events.
