Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sponsorships, events, and memberships.
• Maintain experience database and league table reporting.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, RFPs, and marketing presentations.
• Write and maintain marketing collateral including web content and attorney bios.
• Maintain marketing database mailing lists in Salesforce.
• Respond to industry awards, surveys, and directories.
• Provide competitive intelligence reports and research for lawyers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on cross-selling.
