Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Client and Business Development Coordinator in a HYBRID role (Phoenix or Chicago). You will support the Marketing & Business Development Department by driving BD initiatives, researching trends, and creating strategic action plans to expand the firm’s client base.

You will assist with presentations, events, and sponsorships, collaborate across global teams, and manage Salesforce-driven reporting to track opportunities and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, public relations, English or a related field.
• At least two to three years of experience as a marketing/BD coordinator preferably in legal services.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience in marketing immigration services, legal or professional services a plus.
• Highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented.
• Solid writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Client service oriented with professional and courteous approach.
• Able to collaborate, excel and deliver outcomes in a team environment.
• Independently driven, resourceful, proactive with a 'make it happen' mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of business development initiatives across the U.S. and Canada.
• Assist with advancing individual and regional business development plans and track progress against goals.
• Research and develop reports on trends, clients, targets, competitors to strengthen the client base.
• Help create action plans for client listening and feedback programs and track progress.
• Assist in the development and production of presentations, including quarterly business reviews and training programs.
• Collaborate with Events Team to execute client programs and sponsorships.
• Coordinate with Partners and Digital Marketing to publicize events on social media.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM data and support reporting for BD activities.
• Support meetings with Partners by preparing agendas and materials.
• Develop client target lists through market research.
• Support end-to-end event and sponsorship activities by preparing briefs and attendee research.
