Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Client Account Manager for its 3PL Retail Merchandising and Retail Marketing Execution division in the United States. You will be the primary liaison to clients, guiding field teams, support, retail, and reporting to meet program needs.

In this role you will review priorities with clients weekly, work with cross-functional teams, and deliver reports and analyses to ensure execution success. A hybrid work model is offered with substantial in-office time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma acceptable.
• 3+ years of retail merchandising or CPG experience.
• Understanding of retailer requirements (e.g., Walmart).
• Proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting tools (Teams/Zoom).
• Ability to travel to client, regional, and vendor sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client(s) and coordinate with field management, client support, and reporting teams.
• Meet weekly with clients to review program priorities and execution performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage programs from start to finish.
• Create reports and analyses to meet client needs in-store and via reporting channels.
• Identify client growth opportunities with the sales team.
• Coordinate with operations to review execution and address opportunities.
• Track execution and retail trends; produce reports for internal teams and the customer.
• Work with Regional Managers to ensure training across representatives.
• Assist with frequency plans and budgets for the month.
• Visit stores with or without clients to plan program needs.
